The first weekend in August 2005
We met at Jeff and Dottie Lash's house and had a barbeque and bring a bag of chips buffet with lots of kinds of salsa. There were many salads!
oh well, I'm sure glad I took closeups of everyone. We can't see half the back row!

did you really spend all summer being a camp nurse in Colorado
Jan is asking Nancy about her summer stint as a camp nurse in an all girl camp in Estes Park, Colorado.

It was so nice that you gave us your afternoon, Greg! While your wife and kids were doing other family wedding type things (pedicures etc) you gave us the gift of your time...we appreciated the extra time to talk to you!

Well, I guess I had never known that Mike was familiar with many of the Aurora seventy three-ers from fourth floor Abel Hall (University of Nebraska in Lincoln)! I got the gist that it was from that comradery which led Val to meet Mike at some wonderful dorm party.

Now I have to explain this title. All the classmates who got the email invitation, decided to come to Jeff and Dottie's place, and were able to RSVP...were supposed to write back in the email and tell what they were bringing to the party. Becky (Morgan) French promised to bring several dozen Eileen's Cookies! She canceled at the last minute and hence...no one brought dessert!
