When we were trying to get into a group for our Aurora News Register Photo, I had Kelli Elge (Dennis Elge's wife) take my camera and shoot smaller areas of the large group.
This one catches ken heuerman and me really laughing, dottie looking back, andy, chuck, j.j., deb, jeff, glenn, connie, becki, (part of ?), merle and greg. What a hoot!

janaree's outdoor slumber party
It is hard to imagine that our backyard had the dairy queen and that ugly garage in it but this photo serves the memory of both. This is not a birthday party because I had wanted a party sleep over where we stayed in the tent in the front yard. We played bad mitten and croquet.

The first weekend in August 2005
We met at Jeff and Dottie Lash's house and had a barbeque and bring a bag of chips buffet with lots of kinds of salsa. There were many salads!
oh well, I'm sure glad I took closeups of everyone. We can't see half the back row!

Jan is asking Nancy about her summer stint as a camp nurse in an all girl camp in Estes Park, Colorado.

Now I have to explain this title. All the classmates who got the email invitation, decided to come to Jeff and Dottie's place, and were able to RSVP...were supposed to write back in the email and tell what they were bringing to the party. Becky (Morgan) French promised to bring several dozen Eileen's Cookies! She canceled at the last minute and hence...no one brought dessert!
